Obama Serves 14-State Governors with Warnings of Arrest.
This may be bogus, but where there is smoke there is fire…

Barack Hussein Obama has served 14-State Governors in the United States with National Security Letters (NSLs) warning that the Governors’ actions in attempting to form “State Defense Forces” needs to be halted “immediately” or they will face arrest for the crime of treason. The employment of NSLs was authorized by the Patriot Act introduced by George W. Bush. Contained within the section related to these letters, it is forbidden for anyone receiving a NSL warning to even acknowledge the existence of said communication.
Obama is angered by several State Governors who have reestablished “State Defense Forces.” These forces are described as:
“State Defense Forces (also known as State Guards, State Military Reserves, State Militias) in the United States are military units that operate under the sole authority of a state government; they are not regulated by the National Guard Bureau nor are they part of the Army National Guard of the United States. State Defense Forces are authorized by state and federal law and are under the command of the governor of each state. State Defense Forces are distinct from their state’s National Guard in that they cannot become federal entities.“
Mr. Obama is fearful of these State Defense Forces, in that he does not have control of said forces, and with the U.S. Military stretched to near breaking from multiple deployments and theatre actions in Iraq and Afghanistan, these State military forces would be under the direct command and authority of the Governors in which states have said forces. In essence, the Governors would have “de facto control” of the United States.
The two Governors leading this move are: Tim Pawlenty, Governor of Minnesota; and Rick Perry, Governor of Texas. Both of these State Governors stated they have:
…deep fear the President is destroying their Nation.
Governor Pawlenty’s fear of Obama is that since Obama took office he has appeased America’s enemies and has shunned some of America’s strongest allies, especially Israel. Governor Perry has declared that Obama is punishing his State of Texas by dumping tens-of-thousands of illegal Mexican immigrants into the cities and small towns of Texas. Governor Perry further recently stated:
If Barack Obama’s Washington doesn’t stop being so oppressive, Texans might feel compelled to renounce their American citizenry and secede from the union.
Obama fearing a revolution against him by the states, has moved swiftly by nationalizing nearly all National Guard Forces in multiple states; Georgia, Alabama, Kansas, Minnesota, Tennessee, Virginia, Louisiana, South Carolina – to name a few.
The Governors of the Great States of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia still have under their Command-and-Control the State Defense Forces to go against U.S. Federal forces should the need arise. Also important to note: There are NO U.S. laws prohibiting National Guard troops from also joining their State’s Defense Forces. This dilemma occurred during the Civil War with many “citizen soldiers” choosing to serve their states instead of the Federal Government.
This is a fluid and still developing situation that warrants close attention.

US STATUE CODE TITLES 22, 26, and 28 expose this very fact that there is no lawful government but rather, a hostile occupational mercenary corporation at the federal, state, county, parish and city level, and that all federal, state,county, parish and city officials, and law enforcement agencies and departments (including the Sheriff Departments) were incorporated and each have their own DUNS #’s and are traded daily on the NYSE.
Few realize that our union of states were fraudulently subjugated as sub-corporations or franchisees to the criminal invading de facto USA Inc., domiciled in yet another private foreign owned off-shore corporation:
WASHINGTON DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (goddess of war and destruction) Incorporated.
In addition, ‘We The People’ are classified by this criminal banking/military cartel as:
‘Enemies-of-the-State’. Pursuant to The Emergency War Powers Act that is secretly and unlawfully re-instated every year since 1933.
This criminal invading cartel of demented psychopathic, greedy war mongers and mass-murdering monsters must foment endless war to justify their unlawful subjugation over our once constitutional nation, and steal all natural resources and assets from not only our 50 state union but, from around the planet.
Obama, is CEO and employee of USA Inc., he is a liar, traitor and invading criminal privateer and he is an enemy of ‘We The People’ as is CON-gress, and all commercial agencies and departments of USA Inc., that are ‘pretending’ to be our sovereign governmental body.
Both the Democratic and Republican political parties are private held corporations working against the interests of the American people as well. Any support for either of these corporations is to undermine our liberty and freedom.
If you support either of these traitorous, corrupt and evil political parties … you are a traitor, and a whore for the banking/military criminal cartel of invaders !
All elections are merely inner-corporate proxy battles to continue to deceive, lie, rob, and subjugate the American people into a never-ending downward spiral of corporate-debt-slavery as incorporated ‘federalized-citizens’ with no constitutional rights as serfs to their banking/military occupational slave-masters.
Even by their own US Statue Codes (which they completely ignore) they are classified as:
‘Agents of Foreign Principle’ pursuant to the Intergovernmental Personnel Act, and are not exempt under US Statue Code Title 28 3002, pg. 613, and are functioning as criminal felons by conspiracy to commit fraud, conspiracy to mis-represent, and conspiracy to collude against the American people with foreign corporate banking/military powers.

Question: Where does it say that you are beholden to a private foreign owned occupational fraudulent and criminal corporate cartel ?

You really want to know? I’ll tell you; Israel’s done absolutely NOTHING for America, but consistently meddle in her internal affairs, and also helped assassinate John F. Kennedy, attacked the USS Liberty, wherein 34 crewmen were killed and 171 others injured, and helped perpetrate 9/11 attacks in which nearly 3,000 people were killed. Additionally, the Zionist Entity interfered in the 2012 Presidential elections, but failed to get Mitt Romney into the White House; and, the last indignity was PM Bibi Satanyahu demanding and receiving an invite from House Speaker John Boener to speak before a combined session of Congress (which he did on 3 March, 2015).
An ally never deliberately attacks another; neither does an ally give another marching orders to wage aggressive wars on her behalf. However, Israel has done both; therefore she’s NO ally; but, instead, an enemy.

The Founders loathed the idea of a standing army. They knew that it was a sign of an empire and a threat to liberty. They favored a militia system, which was destroyed when the state militias were turned into the National Guard and brought under the control of the federal government. The USA PATRIOT Act is anything but patriotic.
